MANY OF US have awareness of the changes we need to make in our lives. But knowing doesn’t equate to actual change, especially when the stakes are high. Instead, we stop ourselves there. We ostrich: Head. In. Sand.

HERE’S THE THING: Once you’ve paid attention and become aware of a thing, you can’t unknow it. I know from painful personal experience that the awareness doesn’t go away, no matter how hard you try to dismiss it. In fact, the only remedy is decision + action.
